Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

2 parts Montelobos Mezcal
1 part lime juice
.75 parts pineapple gum
2 parts sparkling water
Dehydrated pineapple slice and hoja santa leaf for garnish

Method
  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake.
  2. Strain over fresh ice cubes in a stemless wineglass.
  3. Top with soda.
  4. Garnish with pineapple slice and hoja santa leaf.
